Mindless ramblings of some guy
Day 5 – 217lbs
Foods Eaten:
2 slices of whole wheat bread with vegetables
2 nectarines
1 plate chicken tikka (restaurant-made)
1 bowl of mom’s lentils
1 whole wheat pita
Exercise:
35 minutes on treadmill
20 minutes on elliptical
5 minutes lifting weight
Thoughts:
Ate food outside today for lunch. Met with one of close friend’s new girlfriend. She seems like a really nice girl; very open and… let’s say “normal” compared to my friends and I. The food was good, remarkably (it’s hard to screw up chicken tikka). I made the choice based on the least amount of oil that would/could have been used. So I’d like to think I’m on the right path, hopefully
